Section 29
Meeting and Decision of the Board of Directors
:(1) The meeting of the Board of Directors shall be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the Board of Directors shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the Chairman.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the Board of Directors are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Board of Directors will be considered to be reached.
(4) In the meeting of the board of directors, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(5) The chairman may invite any expert related to the direct sale or distribution of goods to the meeting of the board of directors.
(6) The decision of the board of directors will be verified by the member-secretary of the committee.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Board of Directors will be as determined by the committee itself.
(8) The chairman and members of the board of directors will receive the specified meeting allowance for participating in the meeting of the committee.
